Next Challenge

I think that Mike brought this up before, and we talked to Primrose about it this weekend. For the next round, I propose that we keep the point system for pounds lost, but then also figure out how to award points for exercise.

We could have a variety of categories, for example:

2o minute walk
10 minute bike ride
20 minute run
1 flight of stairs
10 minute walk
1 hour workout
20 minute roller blade

What are some of the other things that you do? Obviously the list above is gleaned from my own life ;)

  1. Walking and bikeing will work for us so go for it I have walked 60 minutes this week so I am gearing up for the chalange Thanks for setting this up .

  2. That's great Rose. I took Brink roller blading yesterday. Or perhaps I should say he took me ;) I only took one tumble, so I consider it to be successful!

    We will need to come up with a point system and the prize. One possibility is that we could all chip in 5 or 10 dollars so the winner could buy a new pair of pants ;)
